The highlight of the day was the ceremony at the church in Allauch, a hilltop village above Marseille: a moment of reflection and emotion that I filmed with the utmost discretion, staying close to the glances, the voices and the loved ones.
The celebration then continued at Château Saint-Hilaire, in Coudoux, between Aix-en-Provence and Salon-de-Provence. For Cindy and Louis, I kept the same approach as for every wedding: a camera that fades into the background and a film of around ten minutes that stays true to the real pace of their day, rather than a string of posed shots.
